For businesses in creative industries, conscious, strategic, professional personal (managerial, organisational) and online communication is key.

In the case of SMEs and start-ups, spending on this is limited, and communication management services are often not available. At the same time, on the one hand, stakeholders need to have an effective, convincing and stylish presence and visibility in a rapidly changing online environment, and on the other hand, for smooth and successful operation, the development of a conscious assertive communication is essential for the smooth running of the organisation's internal and external relations, for the proper flow of information and for strengthening loyalty. Reaching potential partners and customers, displaying and shaping the image of the company or brand, and conscious personal and managerial communication require special skills.

Experiential training (training, coaching) based on good practice in media education and research in academia provides a wide range of support for effective everyday communication and enables the human resources available in the creative industries to perform online communication tasks.
